What makes us affordable
is the diversity of plans to enter Golden Oaks as well as the wide range
of floor plan sizes. Costs are based on the size and location of the home,
so everyone can select a home to match their financial ability. All villagers
enjoy the same comfortable lifestyle. Also, our marketing personnel will
work with you to make sure that the plan you choose will be the very best
for you.

This takes away the
unknown of how much to set aside for health care. It also lowers the monthly
service fee. This enables you to continue to save and assures that you
will never run out of funds, regardless what happens to your health.
The monthly service fee covers all the operational costs of providing:
- All utilities
paid (including
phone and TV cable for new apartments)
- Housekeeping
and linen laundry service once every two weeks
- Complete maintenance
inside and outside your home
This fee varies depending
on the size of your home choice. Living in the Village can be less expensive
than living in your own home. The monthly service fee remains the same
even when full-time Nursing Care is required. Meals are extra, but are
very reasonably priced both in our cafeteria and in our nursing center.
